Cobalt Blue

Cobalt Blue is a very vivid blue.  Super Sparkly with that Deep Ocean Blue Color.  I'm thinking that this one is my new favorite blue now.

My glitter is super sparkly and super soft.  The coverage is exceptional.  I've personally tested all of the colors I offer using Alumilite Epoxy and have had no issues.
